कंक्रीट संहगन गुणक परीक्षण

- उद्देश्य(Object):-
Compacting Factor Test कंक्रीट गुणक (कुटाई गुणक) परीक्षण द्वारा कंक्रीट की सुकार्यता ज्ञात करना।
- सिद्धान्त(Theory):-
कम जल : सीमेन्ट वाली कंक्रीट की सकार्यता अवपात विधि से ज्ञात करने में कठिनाई आती हैं, क्योंकि अवपात परीक्षण में अवपात आता ही नहीं है अधवा बहुत कम आता है। अत: कम जल : सीमेन्ट अनुपात ( अथवा अधिक सामध्य बाली) की कंक्रीट की सुकांगता संहनन गुणक विधि से ज्ञात की जाती है। यह विधि एक मानक ऊँचाई से सुघट्य कोर्ट गिराने में किये गये मानक कार्य के कारण कंक्रीट में हुये संहनन को ज्ञात करने के सिद्धान्त पर आधारित है।संहनन गुणक आशिक कुटाई की कंक्रीट के भार तथा पूर्ण कुटाई की गयी कंक्रीट के भारों का अनुपात सहनन गुणक कहलाता है |
सहनन गुणक = आंशिक कुटाई की कंक्रीट का घनत्व /पूर्ण कुटाई की कंक्रीट का घनत्व आंशिक कुटाई को कंक्रीट का घनत्व पूर्ण कुटाई की कंक्रीट का घनत्व सहनन गुणक परीक्षण लन्दन-इंग्लैंड की सड़क अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाल ने विकसित किया था और अवपात परीक्षण से अधिक परिशुद्ध परिणाम दर्शाता है। यह एक प्रयोगशाला में किया जाने बाला परीक्षण है, परन्तु सम्भव होने पर निर्माण-स्थल पर भी सम्पन्न किया जा सकता है।

- सामग्री(Material):-
कंक्रीट के घटक महीन मिलाबा . मोटा मिलावा व पानी
(इस परीक्षण के लिये मिलावे का अधिकतम (Nominal size) 38 mm से बड़ा नहीं होना चाहिये।)
- उपकरण (Apparatus):-
- सहनन गुणक उपकरण (जिसमें दो शकुनमा हॉपर और वेलनाकार साँचा होता है)
- हस्त डोई (Hand Scoop)
- तुला, सुग्राहिता 10 ग्राम तक
- कुटाई छड़ 60 cm लम्बी।
- विधि(Method):-
वाछित जल : सीमेन्ट अनुपात को कंक्रीट तैयार करके, उसे हस्त डोई से उपकरण के सबसे ऊपर वाले हॉपर (A) मे किनारो तक परे और करनी से समतल कर ले। हॉपरों में कक्रीट भरने से पहले साचे से कंक्रीट निकाल ले और इसकी भीतरी सतह को कपड़े से पोछ कर साफ कर ले। अब साचे में उसी मिक्स की कंक्रीट (लगभग) 5 cm को परतों में अच्छी प्रकार से कूट-कूट कर भरे। कुटाई के लिये कुटाई छड़ अथवा कम्पक का प्रयोग करें। यह कंक्रीट, पूर्ण संहनित कंक्रीट कहीं जायेगी। साचे की बाहरो सतह को कपड़े से साफ करके सागित कंक्रीट समेत तौल ले। मान लो यह भार ….gm है।

- हॉपर में कंक्रीट डालते समय यह सांचे में नहीं गिरनी चाहिये।
- ऊपरी हॉपर में कक्रीट भरते समठ, उस पर दाब नहीं लगाना चाहिये।
- हॉपरों के कूट-द्वार झटके के साथ खोलना चाहिये|
- साँचे का कंक्रीट सहित भार ज्ञात करते समय इसकी बाहरी सतहों पर कक्रीट चिपकी नहों रहनी चाहिये|
