What is PCC | PCC Full Form -आज के इस आर्टिकल में हम जानेंगे की PCC का हिंदी में Full Form क्या होता है। CIVIL ENGINEERING में Plane cement concrete क्या होता है।
- Plane cement concrete किस प्रकार का कंक्रीट है।
- इस का उपयोग कहाँ पर होता है।
- Plane cement concrete के फायदे और नुकसान कौन कौन से है।
PCC – Plain Cement Concrete ( सादा सीमेंट कंक्रीट )
मतलब की इसमें केवल सीमेंट , रेत, रोड़ी आदि होता है REINFORCEMET नहीं डाला जाता है ,सादा सीमेंट कंक्रीट कहलाता है ,किसी भी प्रकार के RCC work अथवा Masonry work को directly जमीन के ऊपर करने के लिए पहले (प्लैन सीमेंट कंक्रीट) की लेयर को डाला जाता है। जिससे RCC अथवा तो masonry कंस्ट्रक्शन करने के लिए समतल और कठोर सतह मिले।
PCC GRADE IS CODE 450-2000 के अनुसार
Plane cement concrete के लिए निम्न GRADE सुझाये गए है।
SR GRADE RATIO 1 M-15 1:4:8 2 M-10 1:3:6 3 M-15 1:2:4
Plane cement concrete कहाँ कहाँ पर डाला जाता है |
- प्लेन सीमेंट कंक्रीट का उपयोग बिल्डिंग के फाउंडेशन को बनाने से पहले जमीन के ऊपर PCC की लेयर बिछाने (bed concrete) के लिए होता है। जिससे बिल्डिंग का फाउंडेशन को हार्ड सतह के ऊपर तक सके।
- Plain Cement Concrete का उपयोग Sill concrete (खिड़की के sill level पर बिछाये गए plain cement concrete को sill concrete कहते है।) की तरह भी होता है जिससे खिड़की को हार्ड और समतल सतह पैर टेक सके।
- Parapet और compounds wall के ऊपर Coping बनाने के लिए PCC का उपयोग होता है।
- Rods के pavement बनाने के लिए प्लेन सीमेंट कंक्रीट का उपयोग होता है।
- कंक्रीट की सतह जैसे की basket ball courts अथवा तो tennis ball courts बनाने के लिए भी प्लेन सीमेंट कंक्रीट का उपयोग होता है।
- पानी सप्लाई अथवा तो गटर लाइन्स के कंस्ट्रक्शन में भी प्लेन सीमेंट कंक्रीट का उपयोग होता है।

- PCC बाकि कंक्रीट की तुलना में सस्ता होता है।
- इसे बनाना बहुत ही सरल है।
- Plane cement concrete की Compressive Strength बहुत ज्यादा होती है।
- प्लेन कंक्रीट को बनाने के लिए महंगी मशीनरी (Equipment’s) की जरूर नहीं पड़ती है।
- Plane cement concrete की स्ट्रेंथ RCC या अन्य कंक्रीट की तुलना में काम होती है।
- प्लेन सीमेंट कंक्रीट की tensile strength बहुत कम होती है।
- प्लेन सीमेंट कंक्रीट की गुणवत्ता को ध्यान में न रखा जाये तो प्लैन सीमेंट कंक्रीट की Durability बहुत कम हो जाती है।
PCC ओर RCC मैं अंतर
SR PCC RCC 1 Plane cement concrete बाकि कंक्रीट की तुलना में सस्ता होता है। RCC बाकि कंक्रीट की तुलना में मंहगा होता है। 2 Plane cement concrete को बनाना बहुत ही सरल है। RCC को बनाने के लिए ज्यादा टाइम लगता है। 3 Plane cement concrete की Compressive Strength बहुत ज्यादा होती है। Reinforced cement concrete की Compressive Strength pcc से बहुत ज्यादा होती है। 4 प्लेन कंक्रीट को बनाने के लिए महंगी मशीनरी RCC को बनाने के लिए महंगी मशीनरी (Equipment’s) की जरूर पड़ती है। 5 प्लेन सीमेंट कंक्रीट की tensile strength बहुत कम होती है। RCC की tensile strength अपेक्षाकृत अधिक होती है।
