Concrete Mix Design IS Code 456:2000 IS कोड़ के अनुसार कंक्रीट मिक्सचर डिजाइन करना

SUPPOSE THAT हमें M-35 ग्रेड का कंक्रीट मिक्सचर तैयार करना है जिसकी सामर्थ्य Characteristics compressive strength 35 N/mm2
SOME IMPORTANT TERMS FOR DESIGHN MIX CONCRETE
design mix target slump = 150-175 mm
Fine aggregate = zone 3
Specific gravity of cement = 2.93
Specific gravity of water = 1
admixture Specific gravity = 1.121
Specific gravity of coarse aggregate = 2.82
Specific gravity of fine aggregate = 2.65
Water assumption of coarse aggregate = 0.86 %
Water assumption of fine aggregate = 1.25 %
कंक्रीट मिक्सचर डिजाइन करते हैं तब Water assumption के लिए coarse aggregate और fine aggregate को saturated surface dry condition में चयन करते हैं।saturated surface dry condition में aggregate की ऊपरी सतह शुष्क तथा भीतर से नमी कि आद्रता होती है।
SUPPOSE THAT हमें M-15 (1:2:4) ग्रेड का कंक्रीट मिक्सचर तैयार करना है जिसकी सामर्थ्य Characteristics compressive strength 35 N/mm2
M-15 (1:2:4) का मतलब है की इसमें 1 भाग cement तथा 2 भाग Sand और 4 भाग Course aggregates होगा
VOLUME of CONCRETE = 1 m3 ( 52% – 54%) तक EXTRA लिया जाता है Dry VOLUME क लिए
52% EXTRA लेने पर
TOTAL VOLUME of CONCRETE= 1.52 m3
SUM of RATIO= 1+2+4+= 7
तब cement की मात्र
QUANTITY of CEMENT = TOTAL VOLUME / TOTAL RATIO
= 1.52/7
= 0.217 M3
हम जानते हैं की 1 M3 cement = 1440 kg तब
0.217 M3 = 0.217 x 1440
312.48 kg= 6.24 BEG
QUANTITY of SAND= सीमेंट की मात्र x M-15 मे sand की मात्र
=0.217 x 2
= 0.434 M3 DENISITY OF SAND IS (1442-1600)KG/M3
1600 KG/M3 लेने पर = 0.434 x 1600
= 694.40 KG
= 6.944 QTL
QUANTITY of Course Aggregate = सीमेंट की मात्र x M-15 मे Course Aggregate
=0.217 x 4
= 0.868 M3 DENISITY OF SAND IS 1200-1450)KG/M3
1450 KG/M3 लेने पर = 0.868 x 1450
= 1258.6 KG
= 12.586 QTL
अत: हम कह सकते हैं की 1 M3 M-15 GRADE की कंक्रीट बनाने के लिए
Cement= 6.24 BEG
Sand = 694.40KG = 6.944 QTL
Course Sand = 1258.6 KG= 12.586 QTL
